What is Product Management?

In a competitive market, there is no such thing as complacency. No matter how far we’ve come, the demands of a growing customer base paired with the rapid evolution of both technology and education mean we can never stop looking forward. Our Product Management team is the guiding force behind our development efforts, planning out our roadmap and working closely with our developers to ensure the ongoing alignment of vision and product.

Product Management consists of two distinct areas: Strategy and Ownership. The product managers in the strategy group are the ones laying out the vision of where our tech needs to go and when, while product owners serve as the primary internal stakeholder for how we bring that vision to life. The decisions made by our Project Management team are what keep us one step ahead of the competition.
