A: Your school or district likely has a link to its Skyward portal on the home page of its website. If you're having trouble finding the school's website, you are welcome to try our customer locator here. When in doubt, please contact the school office for assistance.
If you forget your password and need a reset, someone in your school or district office can reset it for you. Skyward does not have this ability.
A: Your school or district can provide further instructions. Typically, an account will be generated for you and instructions for logging in will be sent out with back-to-school communications. Your school/district may require a basic application before providing credentials. Skyward is not involved in the account creation process and we do not have access to any of your information.
A: Contact the school office or technology help desk for assistance. Your settings and information are maintained by the individual organization using Skyward—we are unable to view or modify your account.
