- Q: What do I do if my login isn't working?
A: Please contact your internal Skyward support team — they'll be able to reset your password or provide you with updated credentials as needed. For security purposes, we do not have access to your account information and are not able to view or update your credentials on our end.
- Q: How do I add more options for my parents?
A: Some features, like Food Service or New Student Online Enrollment may not have been a part of your initial proposal. These can be added at any time by contacting your account manager. Click the "Get started" button at the top-right of your screen, then choose the "Speak to an Expert" option and complete the brief form.
- Q: Who do I talk to if I have a suggestion for improving Skyward?
A: Our team regularly uses input from Skyward users like you to help determine product updates and new features. We'd love to hear your feedback!
