Did you know that you can use the Skyward Support Center to add, edit, or move contacts, and manage which notifications everyone receives?...
Hi, I'm Justin, and I believe communication is key to building a high-functioning team.
Did you know that you can use the Skyward Support Center to add, edit, or move contacts, and manage which notifications everyone receives?
Contact Management
To get started, log in to the Support Center at support.skyward.com.
On the left side of your screen, select "Contact Management."
If you are a district contact, you will see a drop-down menu listing all the contacts associated with your organization.
You can select and edit the information for any of these contacts, including name, email address, phone number, and extension.
Here, you can select the contact type that best describes this person's role. This will add their email address to notification lists for any relevant changes or alerts.
Multiple roles can be selected for those who wear multiple hats.
If a contact has moved to a different building, you can report this change to Skyward using the link below the address.
Finally, take a look at the notifications this contact is subscribed to.
These notifications provide important, targeted information about updates to the software, deadline reminders, and more.
These differ from the "Contact Type" field in that they are specific to certain modules or areas of Skyward.
It's a good idea to audit this information a few times a year, make updates, add new contacts, or remove contacts who are no longer with the district.
If you have questions or need to make changes to who has support rights, please submit a service call through the software.
Work smarter with Skyward.
