Mobile Access App

Hi, I'm Nickey, and I think teaching should be every bit the adventure that learning is. 

With Educator Access Plus on Skyward's Mobile app, you can keep your classroom up to date no matter where your teaching takes you. 

Let's see how it works. 

Start by customizing the app to your liking. In User Preferences, select which notifications you'd like to receive and which you'd rather skip. Push notifications can keep you updated when you're on the go. 

Tap the three bars on the top right and choose Widgets. Here you can rearrange your widgets, and turn off any you won't need. 

Two common tasks for teachers, taking attendance and editing the gradebook, are easy to find in the Teacher Quick Access widget. 

Click the bell to take attendance. Mark students tardy, absent, or Other Location; tap the bubble to add comments; and click Save. 

In the Teacher Quick Access widget, click on the book icon next to a class to update grades anytime, anywhere. You can enter scores by student or by assignment. 

Safety comes first, and in the student profile area, you'll have access to important health alerts and emergency contacts for every student in your care. 

You can even enter discipline incidents on the spot, making it easier to follow up once you're back in the classroom.
