Hi! My name is Alexis, and this year I'm hoping for a decent raise.

Did you know that with Skyward's Salary Negotiations, you can create what-if scenarios for forecasting purposes and simplify the way salary schedules interact with your general ledger?

From your main screen, navigate to Employee Administration.

We'll jump right into the assignments area.

Vacancy records can be used as placeholders for positions that haven't yet been filled.

From this screen, you'll have a detailed look at benefit and deduction information by employee. If you ever need more info on a particular assignment, this is where you'll want to go.

Take some time to explore the processes, utilities, and reports available to you.

When a plan has been accepted, you can update all expenditure accounts and get a closer look at costs.

Then, you can export the new budget straight to Financial Management and your General Ledger.

Total compensation isn't just important to your employees; it's also a big part of managing your budget.

Work smarter with Salary Negotiations from Skyward.

Stay tuned for the next Quick Hits for CFOs, coming soon.
