Response to Intervention

Students don't come with an instruction manual. That's why it's really important, as a principal, that you build a strong RtI program that supports the needs of every student. Having the right tools and the right information in one place makes this job easier. 

With Skyward's RtI features, setup is simple, and all the information you need is just a click away. 

In the RTI Setup area, choose Codes, then Watch List Identification Codes (WL). You can decide when a student should automatically be placed on a watch list as a result of low test scores, certain behaviors, or other criteria. 

Define your own set of research-based interventions by going to Student Services, Response to Intervention, Setup, Codes, and Intervention Codes. You can Add, Edit, Delete, or Clone interventions, such as Attendance Monitoring, Behavioral Contracts, and Group Tutoring. 

Within RtI Setup, Configuration, Referral Configuration, you can customize the questions teachers respond to when they receive a referral. 

Analyze the effectiveness of these interventions over time with graphing tools. Click on a student profile, select RTI, and Interventions. Choose an intervention, select Progress Monitoring, then click Graph. 

Select your graphing options and click Create Graph to see your student's progress. 

With all of your RtI data in one place, it makes it much easier for you and your staff to concentrate on what's really important, and that's your students' progress.
