Product management consists of two distinct areas: Strategy and Ownership. The product managers in the strategy group are the ones laying out the vision of where our tech needs to go and when, while product owners serve as the primary internal stakeholder for how we bring that vision to life.

I like that I wake up and problem solve to make life easier for users. Beyond that, any professional wants to better themselves, and management really does care about my professional growth. I’m recognized for my knowledge, advice, and experience. In my role now I have influence over what we’re making and I’m there to guide others.
I really enjoy the continuous interaction with our customers and helping them problem-solve. It is my goal to enhance their knowledge and better utilize their Skyward programs: if they don’t know who to go to, come to me and we’ll figure it out.
Every day is different. Travel, teamwork, and the absolute best part: the relationships I build with customers.
We are the guiding light welcoming new customers to Skyward. We work with different departments, think outside the box, and find new ways to stay on track with implementation.
To be successful in our exciting product manager job, you need discipline, organization, and communication skills. Our job is to ensure both our customer teams and our Skyward teams always win.
