As you can see, from brainstorming to implementation, every button and screen you use was developed by Skyward employees for Skyward districts.
But it doesn’t stop there.
Our user experience (UX) designers work with district users like you to identify needs, gather feedback, and build a better product. We value your opinion because no one knows the software like you do.
So how can you get involved in shaping the next generation of Skyward? We’re so glad you asked! Here are two simple steps you can take:
1. Share ideas via our Product Ideas Portal
What would you change about Skyward if you could? The Product Ideas Portal is the place to share your visions, vote on others’ ideas, and make your voice heard. Check out one Skyward user's experience this video! Here’s how you can contribute ideas to the Portal:
If you use SMS 2.0: Designated Skyward contacts can access the Portal by clicking on the question mark in the upper right corner of Skyward, then selecting Submit Idea.
If you use Qmlativ: Skyward users who can access the Knowledge Hub can submit ideas. From the Knowledge Hub dropdown menu in Qmlativ, select Product Ideas.
2. Join our User Research Panel
Sign up to be added to our library of testers. We will contact you when an opportunity comes up for someone in your role to share feedback. We cannot create the best Skyward products without your help! We hope you’ll join us and become a part of the process that makes Skyward software unique.
