STEVENS POINT, Wis. (April 25, 2018) – Skyward has received a 2018 Bubbler Award for establishing a leading workplace culture for millennials in Wisconsin. NEWaukee and the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) will present Skyward with their Bubbler Award on May 16, 2018 at the company’s Stevens Point world headquarters.
Each year, NEWaukee holds Young Professional Week, a week-long platform to highlight young professional voices. Running from April 20-28, this year’s event began with NEWaukee’s announcement of the 2018 Bubbler Awards which recognize the ten best places to work for young professionals in Wisconsin. Skyward employees nominated the company for the award, which was evaluated and selected as a final recipient for a second consecutive year by a group of millennial leaders across the state of Wisconsin.
Hundreds of nominations were submitted, with evaluations centered on what young professionals look for in today’s workplace including competitive salary and benefits, opportunity for advancement, and employee and community engagement.
