Texas schools can now purchase Skyward's School Management System without having to issue an RFP. No additional fees are charged to the ESC-Region 19 Purchasing (Allied States Cooperative) members. Your savings are realized through the ability to deal with vendors whose products and services have already been evaluated for quality and value in compliance with competitive bidding requirements.
