District to launch Skyward information system

The Pearland Independent School District is offering parents a new, more efficient way to stay connected with student information online.

The Skyward family and student access portal will replace the K12 Planet student information system Aug. 24.

The new information software package will allow parents to view student grades, schedules, attendance, assignments and other items online and to sign up for event alerts. Updates will be constant so that parents can immediately access new information.

Skyward information will be available during student registration in August.
